Excellent service, very good very nice

I have eczema in my left ear causing dry skin to mix with wax and affecting my hearing. I visit Kara regularly and she clears this "muck" from my ear. She is an expert at her job and is such a lovely person, putting me at ease on each occasion. Thank you Kara.
